Sausages are Never Too Much: “Dmytruk” Brand Treated Lutsk Food Fest Visitors
The first Lutsk street food festival “Lutsk Food Fest” brought together 17 food and gastronomic brands in Lutsk Castle.
Participants offered visitors a variety of meals and drinks. Organisers and the ticket office estimated that more than 2 thousand guests visited the festival during the first day. ™ “Dmytruk” presented its products at the festival as well.
The company was selling exclusive sausages, “Dmytruk” hot dogs and french fries in one pavilion with its partners «Show Basilic» in front of the festival stage. The main course - sausages - were made purposely for the festival, so it was possible to taste it just during the food fest.
"We offered festival visitors three types of sausages: Bavarian, Munich and Frankfurt. These sausages were made purposely for the fest. This is exclusive, and you will not find it in the market. We took into account the conception of the event when developing the product. The food should meet the street food format. The sausages were served in individual boxes for buyers to hold comfortably,” says Anzhelika Kostiuk, ™ Dmytruk Marketing Specialist.
Munich sausages were produced according to special German recipe; Bavarian sausages were made of beef meat and Frankfurt were made of pork meat with cheese addition. Obviously, the food was popular among street food lovers as 1300 servings were sold during the first day of the fest. By the way, this amount of servings was planned to sell during two days.
Chiefs were cooking sausages in front of customers, so the delicious scent was spreading all over the castle. The line of wishing to try Dmytruk goods was endless. The reasonable prices for food satisfied visitors: cost for the portion of three sausages was UAH 20, nine sausages mix - UAH 60, French fries - UAH 15, hot-dog special - UAH 25.
“Honestly speaking we were counting on sizable demand but couldn’t expect the craze,” says Anzhelika Kostiuk. “The amount of food we had was sold during the first day of the fest. So we had to produce the new batch of sausages to maintain our reputation during the holiday and all who wanted to try “Dmytruk” sausages had got this chance.”
